World Premiere of the Lagoon 47

One of the major new features of the Lagoon 47 is the direct connection between the forward cockpit and the salon, transforming its 12 m² from merely an outdoor area into a true extension of the living space.

On the flybridge, the concept continues: a wide bench, a low table, and lounge chairs create a social area facing the horizon. The result is a boat where the different spaces flow naturally into one another, without losing that sense of open space that makes life on board so special.

It’s a simple change, but one that has a significant impact on how the boat is experienced. The bow takes on a new role in daily life, becoming a space to relax, chat, rest, or simply enjoy the sea.

Flexibility is one of the central concepts of the new Lagoon 47. The “smart room” is perhaps the best example: it can serve as an office during a crossing, an additional cabin when there are more guests, or take on another function depending on the needs of each trip.

Measuring 14.95 m in length, 7.96 m in beam, and with 128 m² of windward sail area, the new Lagoon 47 embodies the vision of Patrick le Quément for the exterior and Nauta Design for the interiors. The result is a catamaran where every area serves a purpose, yet none feels isolated from the others.

The world premiere in Cannes thus marks the beginning of a new chapter for this model: a Lagoon conceived less as a collection of compartments and more as a continuous space for living, sailing, and enjoying the sea.
