A fully loaded Elan Impression 50 (2019), fully equipped and in excellent condition.

Hull designed by Humphreys Yacht Design in collaboration with Elan Design, combining performance and comfort. Modern and elegant lines, with excellent handling in open water and coastal navigation.

Spacious cockpit with teak flooring, equipped with a refrigerator, sink, and fresh-water shower. Large swim platform with a retractable stainless steel ladder. Ample lockers, including access to the garage and a compartment for a gas cylinder. Helm station with all controls within easy reach of the skipper, allowing for safe and comfortable navigation.

Inside, a bright and spacious salon with a dining table on the port side and U-shaped sofas. The starboard side features a long sofa.

Aft, a fully equipped “U”-shaped galley with a three-burner stove, gas oven, refrigerator with freezer, large freestanding freezer/refrigerator, double stainless steel sink, and a seawater pump.

The interior layout features 3 double cabins. The owner’s cabin is located in the bow and includes a double bed, storage cabinets, and a private bathroom. Aft, there are 2 cabins, both with double beds, storage cabinets, and a bathroom.

Seldén mast with three spreaders, mast lighting, SLR (single line reefing) system, removable forestay with Wichard turnbuckle, Seldén Furlex electric genoa furler, full-batten mainsail with lazy bag and lazy jacks, furling genoa, and asymmetric spinnaker with Seldén GX25 furler.

Electronics and Navigation:
Complete B&G Zeus 3 system with multifunction plotter, autopilot, AIS, wind, depth, and speed sensors, B&G Broadband 4G radar, Quick BTZ 250 bow thruster, fixed B&G V50 AIS VHF and portable Standard Horizon HX210, satellite communications, Filipi digital display (water, fuel, batteries, black water), and an inverter.

Power:
950Ah battery bank (4 service batteries, 1 starter battery, 3 for the bow thruster). USB and 220V outlets in all cabins.

Fabrics and comfort:
Custom sofa covers, curtains, mattresses, and bedding. Fusion Deluxe audio system with 4 100W marine speakers, concealed Smart TV.

Safety:
Life raft for 10 people, 10 Spinlock harnesses with lifelines, 2 self-inflating life rings, emergency VHF radio, abandonment bag, first aid kit, Cat 2 EPIRB, 15 pyrotechnic devices (hand flares, parachute flares, smoke flares, bottle flares).

Deck and Maneuvering:
6 Harken winches (4x B60.2 STA, 2x B50.2 STA — 1 electric), Quick electric windlass with a 27 kg Rocna anchor and chain counter, high-quality chains and cables, retractable cleats, railguards with outlets, and complete navigation lighting.

Auxiliaries and leisure:
3.30m 3DTender dinghy with a Mercury 9.9HP 4-stroke engine and stainless steel transom brackets, double kayak, paddleboard, and 4 sets of diving/snorkeling gear.

Condition:
The boat is in excellent condition, carefully maintained, and equipped for ocean cruising. It is fully winterized outside the summer season.
